Maggie Rippy died in 1949 and left a will but not included in the will was two properties of about 10 cres and 20 acres in South Carolina close to the North Carolina boundry. On 25 Sept 1950 a suit was filed in Gaffney, Cherokee, South Carolina, listing Cousins, Aunts, Uncles, as both Plantiffs about 50 each and Defendents about 75 each. The aim of the suit is to sell Maggie's property, and divide among relatives, Mary Margaret (Maggie) had no siblings and no children. John Franklin Camp and his siblings are listed as Defendants.
